What you most want to see from my CEO updates, is it our team & hires, our product/s, our new clients, the journey and operations of growing a company from < 10 employees to a huge organization, something else?
Looking to hear about your philosophy on building Fast and how that’s applied to real challenges and opportunities you face.
Would also love to hear about the tough shit. Mistakes you’ve made, tough problems you can share, the stuff founders don’t talk about or like to talk about.
Interested in your customers' journey with Fast, what they love, what they would like to improve upon and what didn't work..a.k.a road to Product-Customer fit. Also, interested in hearing your challenges & what's keeping you up at night as a CEO and where you need helping hand.
Would love to learn the successes and failures of getting early customers. The path to product/market fit, and if you have it, how you're accelerating it!
Also, can you talk more about how y'all are thinking of scaling new employee onboarding processes? What's the current process and what are the plans for the future?
Can you talk more about how you're acquiring the initial set of customers? Also, would love to learn about your process for gathering feedback from these initial customers.
Awesome! I would love your product development and delivery processes, and also how security is handled when dealing with payments and how it's Incorporated in your product design.
awesome update Domm, love the transparency! as an Aussie now working overseas, would love to hear a bit more about the challenges/opportunities of SF work culture. Also looking forward to hearing more about remote work opportunities, as I can def see huge expansion potential..as you are well aware, password/checkout issues transcend borders :)
Loved the first newsletter! I would be really interesting in knowing more about how you're hiring your early employees. How do you find out about them, what kind of interviews do you do (more specifically for engineering roles), and how do you convince them to jump ship?

Looking forward to following & learning from the journey and operations of a fast growing company. Thank you for sharing. Cheers
As an early stage founder I’m most interested in challenges you’re facing and how you’re approaching them.
I want to hear about your progress! I love your mission and everything you’re doing.
Strategic decisions and why (positioning & product)
Whatever it takes to give us some FOMO :P
After ripping off so many small families and businesses in Australia, how can you sleep so well.
